The rooftop bar is fantastic for relaxing while sipping cocktails, and the staff are incredibly attentive and eager to assist, making for a warm ambiance.
Poor upkeep at the pool area detracted from the experience, with visible debris needing attention and hygiene concerns around cleanliness.

The rooftop was a lekker hangout, especially with the cocktails and sunset views. Staff was super helpful, even changed my flight. Brekkie spread was tasty, loved those pancakes!
Check-in took a while—bit of a jol waiting but they offered Moroccan tea to help pass the time.

Recommend it for couples seeking relaxation
The staff was friendly, gave us complimentary mint tea, and our room was cleaned and sheets changed everyday. I really liked the spacious bed and great views from the pool area.
It wasn’t budget-friendly but still acceptable.

Just a fine choice for a city trip in Marrakesh with very good value for money. The staff at breakfast were friendly, although a bit slow to bring coffee. Arrive early for breakfast to avoid the rush.

The design of the hotel is modern and stylish. Our room, the Deluxe Double, was comfortable with a nice little terrace. The rooftop bar had a vibrant atmosphere, great for cocktails and sunsets, but it closed too early. I wished I could have enjoyed the rooftop pool later in the evening. The breakfast offered was impressive, with a great variety of options, although we faced an unexpected charge when ordering it to our room. Ordering breakfast a la carte turned out to be costly—49 euros for two, which felt misleading. At least the service staff were kind and attentive. I also enjoyed a relaxing evening by the pool, albeit the water was freezing. The issue with the wifi was persistent and forced us to depend on our phone's hotspot. Despite the inconveniences, the hotel’s location in Gueliz made getting around easy. I encountered some cleanliness concerns at the rooftop pool with debris and bird droppings not being addressed regularly. It would be nice if this area received more attention. Finally, I appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, a nice touch.

The rooftop area is a vibrant spot, particularly at sunset, and offers a cool hangout with decent cocktails. The modern design of the rooms, especially the Deluxe Double, includes a nice little terrace that adds a bit of charm to the stay.
Check-in took a while due to some hiccups with payment systems, and the room furniture looked hastily arranged as if cleaning was rushed. The rooftop pool wasn’t cleaned regularly, with debris and bird droppings making it less inviting, and ordering a la carte breakfast turned out to be unexpectedly pricey. There was also a persistent issue with Wi-Fi connectivity that forced me to rely on my phone’s hotspot, which can be a nuisance.
